دور الإعلام الجامعي في التوجيه الأكاديمي و المهني للموارد البشرية المتعلمة.

Résumé: Cette étude s'est intéressée à la question du système d'information universitaire et son rôle relatifà l'orientation académique et professionnelle des étudiants universitaires. Les résultats de l'étude ont montré que le système d'information à l'université ne contribue pas à une orientation efficace; ni sur le plan académique; ni sur le plan professionnelafin d’améliorer la qualité de la formation universitaire. Abstract : This study looked at the question of academic information system and its role on the academic and professional guidance of university students. The results of the study showed that the university information system does not contribute to an effective orientation, neither academicallynor on the professional plan, to improve the quality of university education. الملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة مدى مساهمة الإعلام الجامعي في توجيه الطلبة كموارد بشرية أكاديميا و مهنيا بغية تحسين نوعية تكوينهم الجامعي. و تشير نتائج الدراسة إلى أن الإعلام في الجامعة لا يساهم بشكل فعال في توجيه الطلبة لا أكاديميا و لا مهنيا لأجل تحسين نوعية التكوين الجامعي كما خرجت الدراسة بمجموعة من الاقتراحات النابعة من نتائج الدراسة.
