تنمية رأس المال الفكري مدخل لتفعيل تسيير الموارد البشرية في المؤسسة الاقتصادية

الملخَّـص: شهد العالم في ظل البيئة المتسارعة مجموعة من التغيرات أبرزها التحول من اقتصاديات الماديات إلى اقتصاديات المعرفة، التي زادت أهمية العنصر البشري كميزة تنافسية للمؤسسات، فقد نشأ اهتمام إدارة وتسيير الموارد البشرية الحديثة بقضايا المعرفة ومصادرها وتجلياتها في شكل رأس المال الفكري من طبيعة التحول الذي حدث في مفهوم إدارة الموارد البشرية ذاتها، إذ لم تعد تقتصر في اهتماماتها على مجرد البحث عن العاملين وتنفيذ إجراءات التوظيف وصرف المستحقات المالية، بل أصبحت أكثر اندماجا في تصميم استراتيجيات الأعمال وتطبيق أنشطة عديدة لتنميتها كالابتكار والإبداع والعمل على رفع القدرات والأفكار لضمان البقاء والنمو. Abstract: The world under the accelerated environment has seen a series of changes most notably the transformation of the economies of materialism to knowledge economies, which have increased the importance of the human element as a competitive advantage for institutions, it has raised the attention of the administration and management of modern knowledge, sources and manifestations of human resources issues in the intellectual capital of the form of the nature of the transformation that has occurred in the concept of human resources the same management, as no longer limited in their interests to just searching for employees and implementation of recruitment procedures and disbursement of financial receivables, but have become more integrated into the design business strategies and implement several activities for its development creativity and work to raise the capacity and ideas to ensure the survival and growth.
