This piece of research studies the elements of image construction in “Ammar Circus” Novel by the Moroccan novelist and critic Said Allouch, through the concepts of graphic description, representation and sarcasm.
The written in this novel is viewed from the printing side, and from the method of its formulation in visual templates and forms bearing in mind its rhetorical features which require prior knowledge of its grammatical mould and rules. It is, then, a poetic writing in all its visual manifestations. The integration of the written and the visual, from the standpoint of the handwritten and visual, can be attributed to the space of writing and the visibility of the signs that form a text which reflects the interactive relationship between the field of vision and the field of writing. This makes this mode of writing contribute to the production of meaning.
